Being an athlete is a choice many make without knowing. If you think about how playing, competing, and using sports in your childhood, you will understand how there is a quiet transition from casual to intense demands from coaches, parents, teams, and most importantly, self. PUSH Play Performance studies those demands and help individuals make decisions to increase their success in the sports they chose to play.

Sarah Vogelsong, MS
Coach Sarah is a sports lover. She began her career invested in the psychology of athletes through an overly enthusiastic sports family. From watching football, racecars, the Olympics, etc. , the world of sports was always a conversation piece that always intrigued her. She played sports year round, but growing up in the late 80s and 90s, sports were fun, a place to make friends, and something to keep you out of the house. It wasn't until late in her high school experience when she questioned her motives for playing and her personal investment.
